Due to high demand the group reservation block for conference delegates at Le Meridien Beach Plaza is now sold out.
Novotel Monte Carlo
We have secured a small block of rooms at the Novotel Monte Carlo, located approximately 2.5 km from Le Méridien. The discounted rate is 355€ per night for April 12 and April 16–17 and 637€ per night for April 13–15 for single occupancy. Double occupancy is available for an additional 25€ per room, per night. The room rate includes VAT and one American-style buffet breakfast. Please note that credit card information will be required at the time of booking, and reservations cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation. The full cost of the stay will be paid at check-in. Additionally, a tourist contribution fee of 3€ per adult, per day will apply.
The hotel group reservation link will be included in the registration confirmation email and sent to attendees once their conference registration and payment have been successfully completed.
IMPORTANT: The block of rooms at Novotel Monte Carlo are only available on a first come, first served basis until Monday, March 23.
