Cancellation policy

A $200 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds received on or before Monday 23 March 2026. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference registrar at registrar@nei.org. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after Monday 23 March 2026; however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute. 

Press registration 

Complimentary press registration is limited strictly to editorial representatives (e.g. reporters, editors), photographers, and film crews from bona fide media organizations, as well as freelance journalists working on assignments at World Nuclear Fuel Cycle conference for such organizations.

Press registrations will be vetted before approval to ensure compliance with the above guidelines. Please contact registrar@nei.org.
