Cancellation policy

A $200 cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds received on or before Thursday 6 March 2025. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference registrar at registrar@nei.org. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations received after Thursday 6 March 2025; however, we would be pleased to accept a substitute.
